Job Summary
Growth & Impact Manager guiding the Creator Marketing pillar within ESN’s D2C channel. Translate growth objectives into concrete quarterly plans by market and category, analyze markets and risks, and deliver data-driven recommendations to inform operational teams. Interface between Creator Marketing and D2C teams, briefing and challenging to strengthen influencer marketing with clear frameworks and reporting. Build rhythms and dashboards, report to VP D2C and collaborate with the General Manager ESN and other stakeholders on executive-level decisions. Requires 4–6 years in Consulting, Strategic Marketing, Corporate Strategy or similar analytical roles with experience in consumer goods or D2C, strong structured thinking, proficiency in Excel and Tableau, and fluent German and English.
