Job Summary
Growth & Impact Manager leads data-driven growth initiatives for ESN’s Creator Marketing within the D2C team, translating growth goals into market- and category-level plans, delivering actionable recommendations, and enabling operational teams. The role bridges Creator Marketing and D2C, briefing and challenging the influencer-marketing data to improve performance, establishing reporting rhythms and frameworks, and presenting actionable insights to VP D2C and other senior stakeholders. Candidates should bring 4–6 years in consulting/strategic marketing or similar, strong analytical and commercial mindset, experience with Excel/Tableau, and proven ability to synthesize 50 data points into three clear recommendations; must be fluent in German and English and capable of collaborating with senior leadership and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Consulting, Strategic Marketing or Corporate Strategy or a similarly analytical role
- Experience in consumer goods or D2C is required
- Proficiency with Excel and Tableau
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong stakeholder management with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work with a fast-growing consumer brand in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
