Job Summary

Growth Executive responsible for strategic growth planning and performance marketing across Meta and TikTok for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands. Lead growth planning, commercial strategy, and performance outcomes, influence creative strategy and offers, optimise customer acquisition and retention, and partner with Creative Strategists to align marketing activity with business objectives. Serves as the primary strategic partner for clients, driving growth opportunities, improving profitability, and ensuring account health with a focus on measurable commercial impact.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of paid social, growth marketing, or e-commerce growth experience
  • Deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer acquisition, profitability, retention, and lifetime value
  • Proven ability to translate marketing performance into commercially relevant recommendations
  • Advanced understanding of growth planning, customer acquisition strategy, creative testing methodologies, performance measurement, and full-funnel marketing
  • Proficiency in Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and performance reporting environments
  • Experience leading strategic client relationships and communicating with founders and senior stakeholders
  • Mentorship and people development experience within a growth/paid social team
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and proactive growth mindset
