Staff Back-end Engineer I to build an AI-native data platform and insights stack. Responsibilities include designing low-latency data infrastructure with LLM-powered analytics, implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) loops and multi-hop reasoning using Knowledge Graphs, enabling AI copilots in the software development lifecycle, and establishing automated LLM evaluation and governance. Collaboration across regional hubs in Shanghai, Seoul, and the US, with emphasis on end-to-end ownership from research to production, scale to enterprise, and applying modern tooling (Python/FastAPI, LangGraph, vector/graph DBs, MLOps tools such as Triton Inference Server and MLflow) to deliver enterprise-grade AI capabilities.
