Job Summary
As a Growth Engineer, you will architect and execute growth systems to amplify the brand and generate personalized pipelines. Responsibilities include scaling sales and marketing through automation, owning campaign automation, building viral tools, crafting compelling messaging, automating customer communications, creating AI agents for product flow, and conducting rapid experimentation with A/B tests. The role requires technical proficiency in growth tools and full-stack development, with a focus on AI-driven growth strategies and a proven track record in designing growth experiments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with growth tools
- Full-stack development skills
- Comfortable working with APIs and automation platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with demand gen and brand storytelling
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with growth tools like Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Instantly, or Hypergrowth
