Job Summary
Growth Engineer, Lifecycle Marketing role focuses on designing and executing automated lifecycle journeys in HubSpot for different user stages (sign-up to trial to first payment to deeper deployments), mastering user behavior data to map who users are and how they interact with the platform, driving Product-Led Growth conversions through land-and-expand strategies, and building dynamic, cross-functional product flows in collaboration with data and CX teams. The role emphasizes lifecycle marketing, email nurture streams, CRM management, and leveraging product analytics to inform marketing decisions in a SaaS/PLG context. Bonus experience with BigQuery/SQL, data visualization (Looker Studio/Google Analytics), and dashboards is appreciated.
