Job Summary
Growth Engineer to own end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and AI-native channels; build AI-powered workflows for copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting; generate pipeline via ABM; experiment with new growth channels; analyze funnel performance and surface insights. Requires hands-on experience with paid campaigns, strong analytics, programmatic/ABM tools, and B2B SaaS exposure; proficient with AI tools and scripting basics (e.g., Python/SQL) and English proficiency. Remote-first role with US-based, multi-state flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand gen marketing
- Launched and optimized paid campaigns yourself
- Strong analytical skills with attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards
- Experience with programmatic/ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase or similar)
- B2B SaaS experience
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Experience using AI tools to write copy, build workflows, research, analyze
- Ability to own campaigns end-to-end and move fast
