Job Summary
Growth Engineer on Improvado's Marketing team. This is a hands-on execution role focused on owning campaigns end-to-end across paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and emerging AI-native channels), building AI-powered workflows to replace manual work, and using AI to multiply output. You will generate pipeline with an ABM approach from signal to sequence, experiment with new growth channels, and leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n) to enrich and qualify leads before they hit sales. The role requires launching and optimizing campaigns yourself, deep analytical skills for attribution and funnel metrics, and experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Remote-first, with strong emphasis on doing the work hands-on and moving quickly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand gen marketing
- Launched and optimized paid campaigns yourself (not just managed agencies)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards
- B2B SaaS experience
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Experience with programmatic/ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
