Job Summary
Growth Engineer role focusing on experimentation and conversion across Next.js web platform and React Native / Expo mobile apps. Build and iterate on customer-facing experiments (A/B tests, onboarding flows, landing pages, funnel improvements) and rapidly prototype new experiences with a focus on learning speed. Implement and optimise experiments using GrowthBook or similar, contribute analytics instrumentation to measure outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering to ship improvements. Requires solid experience in React and TypeScript across web/mobile; interest in conversion optimisation and data-driven decisions; comfortable in fast-moving environments; HQ options in Queenstown or remote Auckland (2 work locations including 1 WFH day per week at Auckland). This role offers direct impact on booking experiences for diners across NZ, AU, and the UK with a high-autonomy, fast-paced team culture.
