Job Summary
Growth Engineer responsible for booking meetings with regulatory and compliance leaders at large manufacturers, building your own pipeline through account research and multi-threaded outreach, and analyzing prospects’ regulatory environments to tailor outreach. You’ll engage across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, social selling, and cold calls) with personalized messaging, handle objections with creativity, and collaborate with leadership to design campaigns and share learnings that sharpen our GTM approach. You’ll work from Daptic’s Seaport (Manhattan) office 4 or 5 days a week, contribute to enterprise sales growth, and contribute to a team shaping how we go to market with AI-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in a sales development, marketing, or growth role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort speaking with VP and C-level executives
- Natural curiosity and ability to distill complex concepts into value props
- Proactive, self-driven approach with urgency and ownership
- Ambition to grow fast and master enterprise selling or refine GTM experiments
