Growth Director - U.S. Army

Job Summary
Grow Rune’s footprint in U.S. Army and defense logistics markets by leading capture, market development, and strategic partnerships. Directly report to the Head of Growth, collaborate with CEO, and coordinate with engineering, product, and mission success teams to identify, pursue, and win opportunities, including RFP responses and contract negotiations. Represent Rune at industry events and government meetings to validate TyrOS capabilities, gather user feedback, and shape product direction for military customers. Travel ~50% to engage with customers across the West Coast, Hawaii, and Korea; must reside in or relocate to Seattle, Austin, Honolulu, Denver, or DC. Requires active TS/secret-level security clearance and a Bachelor’s degree; software sales experience with government stakeholders is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within defense technology
- Willingness to travel ~50% to drive capture efforts within the military; travel to West Coast, Hawaii, and Korea
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to government and military stakeholders; experience selling software preferred
