Growth Data Scientist — Measurement Lead

Design, execute, and readout geo holdouts and lift tests to establish trustworthy incrementality signals for DMA-level LTV modeling and geo-tiered bidding. Define the objective function and decision rules for the agentic bidding system, setting success criteria and power requirements for product experiments across local verticals. Serve both paid and organic growth teams while auditing spend by optimization event to build a DMA-level value table. Launch the first geo holdout targeting brand terms and retargeting audiences, followed by delivering a geo-tiered bidding proposal. This role sits independently outside the media-buying team to ensure day-to-day campaign work does not crowd out critical measurement initiatives.
