Job Summary
Growth Customer Journey Expert (Temporary) responsible for end-to-end acquisition journeys for Cuenta Nómina and Cuenta NoCuenta, designing, executing, and monitoring acquisition campaigns to drive commercial growth while continuously improving onboarding and daily banking journeys. Collaborates with tech, data and compliance teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements; tracks performance, generates insights, and supports strategic decisions; monitors market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities; contributes to launching and evolving the Daily Banking value proposition without harming sales performance. Flexible remote/office schedule in Madrid; operates within an international, fully digital bank that uses agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product, customer journey, or acquisition roles (banking or digital services preferred)
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and onboarding journeys
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with focus on results
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and creative thinking with proactive, hands-on attitude
