Job Summary
Develop donor- and customer-facing communications that reflect Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota's mission and fundraising priorities by producing high-quality written and visual content. Collaborate with Development, Marketing & Communications, and program teams to support donor stewardship and engagement efforts. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe applications for content development. Requires 2+ years of experience supporting donor communications, a Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing, and proficiency in content production tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting donor communications or fundraising efforts
- Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Basic experience with content production (writing, photography, or design coordination)
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience writing and editing for external audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe applications for content development and design support
- Must be able to pass a driver's eligibility check
