Job Summary
Growth Chief of Staff to take founder-defined priorities and turn them into shipped systems across GTM, ops, and growth. Responsibilities include building and owning account outreach and nurturing motions, improving website conversion and CRM handoff processes, managing press/social/brand projects around founder-led priorities, building dashboards/alerts/operating cadences to keep the team moving and improving, and turning founder-led motions into campaigns, workflows, and repeatable playbooks. The role requires ownership mindset, comfort with shifting priorities, proactive communication, and hands-on, technically curious approach to products/APIs/webhooks. Ideal candidate thrives on delivering high-impact work, shipping systems, and interfacing across Growth, Ops, and Revenue teams in a fully remote European context, with experience in GTM, RevOps, or Founder's Office and a track record of delivering shipped outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Ops, GTM Ops, RevOps, BizOps, or a Founder's Office role with genuine GTM ownership
- Proven track record of building workflows, dashboards, and operating cadences, not just coordinating them
- Experience breaking down undefined problems: taking a business need and turning it into prioritized workstreams, aligned teams, clear steps, shipped outcomes, and feedback loops
- Comfortable with CRM, automation, and project management tooling, and curious enough to figure out what you haven't used before
- Enough marketing and business intuition to understand audience, timing, and messaging
