Job Summary
Growth Associate responsible for researching and prospecting hospitals and health systems, running targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls and events, qualifying opportunities, building briefing materials and ROI models, maintaining CRM hygiene, and bridging sales with product to inform roadmaps. Must be fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or related analytical roles in healthcare/tech, strong prospecting, communication, data interpretation, and CRM discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR), management consulting, or analytical roles in healthcare or tech
- Fluent Spanish; professional working English
- Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort with numbers and basic modeling
- Ability to research and navigate complex organizations (hospital systems, healthcare networks)
- CRM discipline
- Independent work style in fast-paced, unstructured environments
