Job Summary
Growth Associate - DACH to support go-to-market strategies and day-to-day operations at one of our Ecosystem Companies. Responsibilities include proactively qualifying new leads via daily outbound calls, guiding potential clients through the sales process, building and managing a client portfolio, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, tracking market trends and pricing, running competitive analyses, and contributing real-time insights to buying/selling strategies. Must have strong analytical and communication skills, hands-on mentality, and proficiency in English plus German, French, or Italian. Located in Berlin office with emphasis on collaboration within an international team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field
