Job Summary
Growth Focus: Lead the training team and oversee trainer development for Raising Cane’s Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader role. Drive new restaurant openings (NRO) support by coordinating training for hourly managers and leaders, oversee day-to-day restaurant operations pre/post opening, uphold standards and culture, and lead NRO when needed. Responsibilities include managing training programs, ensuring full and accurate setup, enforcing policies, conducting operations and safety walks, documenting performance results, assisting in strategy execution across operations, and performing other duties as assigned. Key skills include leadership of cross-functional teams, strong communication, problem-solving, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling, multi-tasking, and willingness to travel for training. Required to be detail-oriented, organized, energetic, and adaptable to shifts (days/evenings/weekends). Previous restaurant/retail management, knowledge of labor laws, and openness to new restaurant openings are highlighted as essential. The role emphasizes maintaining Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all aspects of restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license
