Job Summary
Growth Analytics Associate at a remote-first healthcare tech company. Conduct rigorous analysis on complex datasets using internal AI tools, identify business implications and visually communicate findings, respond to leadership requests with deep-dives into market trends, monitor performance for anomalies and opportunities, collaborate with the data team to ensure data quality, and identify manual processes to automate with AI tools. Requires 2-3 years of analytical experience in consulting/finance/strategy/BI, strong problem-solving and data-driven thinking, ability to build robust analytical models, and proficiency with SQL (preferred). The role emphasizes autonomous work, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering insights that influence business decisions, with equity and an annual bonus in addition to the base salary. Remote work is available with US-based candidates, and there are two office locations in San Francisco and Chicago.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of analytical experience in consulting, finance, strategy or business intelligence
- strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities, data-driven thinking
- experience building robust analytical models
- experience with SQL (preferred)
- ability to create, execute, and adjust plans in a fast-paced environment
