Job Summary
Design, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns using Customer.io while analyzing user behavior to identify growth opportunities across activation, retention, and expansion funnels. Develop hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and measure their impact through statistical analysis and A/B testing. Define user segmentation strategies to personalize campaigns and monitor key metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, reactivation, cross-selling, up-selling, and incremental revenue. Leverage AI agents extensively to enhance analysis and optimize the overall growth stack. Own the full growth execution cycle, from data analysis and initiative implementation to performance measurement and continuous iteration.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in analytical Growth roles
- Previous experience in fintech, technology, or B2C digital product companies
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of data systems and data architecture
- Experience analyzing product funnels, cohorts, and key product metrics
- Ability to work autonomously, taking initiatives from analysis through execution
- Highly analytical, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Customer.io, Braze, or similar lifecycle marketing platforms
- Knowledge of mobile attribution platforms such as Singular, Adjust, or AppsFlyer
- Experience designing or optimizing referral programs, incentive systems, or loyalty programs
- Experience with data visualization tools and AI agents to enhance analysis (Claude or Cursor)
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
