Job Summary
Growth Account Executive for a NYC-based, in-office/hybrid enterprise sales role focused on expanding revenue within existing enterprise accounts (e.g., Walmart, McDonald's, REITs, franchisors). You will own multi-threaded relationships from project managers to C-suite stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities (new geographies, new project types, new business units, programmatic growth), quantify value with business cases, run executive-level conversations (QBRs/CBRs), and collaborate with Partnerships, Service Delivery, and New Business AEs to ensure seamless account expansion and renewal. Requires experience in enterprise SaaS or tech-enabled services, ability to operate at the executive level, and familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks. NYC-based; in-office 4 days per week with a seasonal 3-day schedule in summer; hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of enterprise SaaS or tech-enabled services sales experience
- proven track record of growing revenue within existing enterprise accounts
- comfortable with executive-level conversations (CDO, CFO, C-suite)
- familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Command of the Message)
- multi-threading instincts and broad account relationships
- comfort with consumption- or credit-based business models
- CRM discipline (HubSpot)
- strong business case development and expansion strategy
