Job Summary
Manage the complete sales cycle for high-intent inbound leads, including discovery, platform demos, and closing new business. Own and expand a book of business by driving expansions and renewals, while collaborating with machine learning engineers, technical founders, and product teams. Navigate product-level and technical objections around deployment and infrastructure, influence go-to-market and internal sales systems, and become a trusted technical partner without needing engineering credentials. This full-cycle SaaS role is grounded in a hybrid AE/AM motion with a strong inbound demand base and a need for strong multi-opportunity management in a NYC office setting.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years total sales experience
- 2+ years of SaaS closing experience
- Experience selling technical products (developer tools, data, infra, cloud, ML)
- Ability to juggle multiple opportunities and high inbound volume
- Curiosity for learning AI concepts and technical workflows
- Comfort operating without sales engineers
