Job Summary
Growth Account Executive - AP with remote-eligible opportunities in the US. Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting inbound leads and trials of Bill.com to paying customers. Identify customer pain points, close business, and prioritize a growing book of business. Requires high activity (40+ outbound calls per day), organizational and process orientation, creative problem-solving, and strong written and verbal communication to drive adoption and revenue across a fast-paced fintech environment. Partners with teams to deliver impactful financial automation solutions, leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity technologies. Eligible for sales incentives and equity plans; benefits include comprehensive health, retirement, and wellness programs. Zone-based OTE ranges provide the expected earnings depending on geographic location within the US (Zone 1: $124,700–$149,500; Zone 2: $112,200–$134,500; Zone 3: $105,900–$127,000). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent
- Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
- Inside sales, lead generation, outbound marketing sales experience
- Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong time-management skills
- Tech Savvy
