Job Summary
Growth-focused role owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing for BILL’s SMB-to-Mid-Market customer base. The role emphasizes self-sourced pipeline (outbound with ~50 touches/day) alongside converting inbound trials, conducting discovery to map BILL’s solutions to customer goals, and delivering executive-level presentations via web conferencing. Collaboration with onboarding and product teams ensures a seamless “easy to stay” customer experience, with emphasis on CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and data-driven forecasting. Candidates should be able to articulate value, handle complex objections, and thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment while leveraging tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn. A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience, with strong communication, multitasking, and process orientation across a high-output sales cycle; willingness to make 40+ outbound calls per day and adapt to a rapidly evolving team culture.
