Job Summary
Growth Acceleration Representative - Flex responsible for running structured sales experiments across unverified cold lead pools using multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, social) to find repeatable conversion paths. Quickly diagnose pain points and tailor the Flex value proposition to high-interest discovery calls, while maintaining meticulous documentation of sales processes and outcomes in Salesforce. Own the end-to-end sales cycle from cold outreach and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closed-won status. Role requires a true hunter mentality with 2+ years of quota-carrying sales, strong outbound prospecting, discovery/objection-handling skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency with Salesforce and related tools. Location: Salt Lake City, UT; Hybrid work arrangement. What you’ll do includes running experiments across lead pools, bypassing gatekeepers, engaging SMB decision-makers, and providing data-driven feedback on viable channels. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying, hunter sales experience
- outbound SaaS, B2B, or tech sales experience preferred
- proven track record in outbound prospecting
- high volume of cold phone calls daily
- advanced discovery and objection-handling skills
- analytical, process-oriented mindset
- strong communication skills
- experience with Salesforce, sequencing tools, and data enrichment platforms preferred
