Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive daily rounds with a physician on assigned patients, assessing and treating patients while coordinating care with other healthcare providers. Educate and empower patients and their families about their health care needs, and document care comprehensively and accurately to ensure high-quality, patient-centered delivery. This role requires a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), current Massachusetts license, and BLS/ACLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited university
- Current license in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
