Job Summary
Operational grower to oversee daily cultivation of leafy greens, herbs, and microgreens in a high-tech indoor farm. Responsible for optimizing plant health, yield, and quality through crop management, data-driven decisions, and team support. Manage production from seeding through harvest, monitor environmental conditions and plant health, diagnose nutrient/pest/disease issues, operate environmental systems (lighting, irrigation, fertigation, CO2), track/c analyze crop performance data, provide training and hands-on problem solving, ensure SOPs and GMP compliance, and collaborate with Agronomy, R&D, QA to align growing strategies with goals. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills required and experience leading a team in production agriculture desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Crop Science, or a closely related field — or equivalent work experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in CEA production hydroponic, or greenhouse environment with significant responsibility for crop outcomes
Additional Requirements
- Rotating 40 hour shift, Monday - Saturday, 7am - 6pm
