Job Summary
Growing cannabis plants and supporting cultivation operations in a regulated facility. Responsibilities include transplanting, harvesting, pruning, nutrient mixing, integrated pest management, sanitation, inventory upkeep, adherence to SOPs, documentation, and assisting in mother rooms, trim, and harvest as needed. Requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible to a 38-hour week, and successful background check; experience in a highly regulated environment is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to sit, stand or kneel for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Safe and reliable transportation
- Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to multi-task with minimal supervision
- Experience in a highly regulated environment (food/pharmaceutical) would be an asset
- Willingness to participate in training and comply with SOPs and safety procedures
- Attention to documentation and record-keeping
