Job Summary
Feed and water animals, clean and disinfect pens, and load/unload trucks while examining livestock to detect illness or injury. Administer vaccinations per health protocols, treat injuries and ailments according to AMVC policy, and adjust building controls to maintain required temperatures. Tag animals for identification and monitor ventilation to ensure proper airflow. Move animals using proper personal protective equipment and attend required meetings and training. This role ensures animal comfort, well-being, and productivity through daily husbandry duties.
