Job Summary
Design bespoke voyage programs for group accounts by conducting structured discovery calls to uncover preferences and translate them into curated proposals. Proactively consult on and upsell add-ons such as beverage packages, spa buy-outs, and private event spaces to drive incremental onboard revenue. Execute end-to-end logistics from proposal hand-off through post-voyage wrap-up, managing booking changes, dining reservations, and sailor-facing updates while maintaining strict SLA compliance. Serve as the primary shore-side point of contact for assigned vessels, coordinating with Sales, First Mates, and cross-functional teams including Hotel Operations and F&B to ensure consistent delivery. Synthesize post-voyage feedback into actionable insights for programming improvements and leverage AI-assisted tools to generate data-backed briefings. Collaborate with a team of planners to troubleshoot execution issues and continuously evaluate workflows for process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in group travel, incentive programs, event operations, or hospitality
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset
- Track record of consultative add-on selling or incremental revenue attachment in a hospitality context
- Strong knowledge of MICE industry and group travel logistics
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from planning through execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Airtable, Seaware, and Google Workspace
- Ability and willingness to travel globally as required

Desired Qualifications
- Experience preferably in cruise, luxury hotels, destination management, or high-touch event production
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from planning through execution, including hands-on support across booking, dining, and experience logistics
- Comfort with AI productivity tools for client briefing, insight synthesis, and workflow efficiency
- Natural inclination toward process improvement
