Job Summary
Lead and deliver Group X fitness classes at YouFit Gyms, designing engaging sessions and demonstrating proper techniques. Provide modifications for varying fitness levels, monitor participant safety, and ensure a motivating environment. Maintain equipment before and after classes, stay current with fitness trends and certifications, promote fitness programs, and deliver exceptional customer service. Collaborate with fitness managers, participate in staff meetings, and manage attendance records. Local travel may be required; strong English communication and computer-literacy skills are expected.
