Job Summary
Senior leader within a global tech-practice-focused agency, driving integrated communications programs for enterprise technology clients. Develop and oversee strategies across messaging, positioning, reputation, media relations, and executive communications for topics including enterprise software, AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and related technologies. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex B2B technology concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives for executives, influencers, journalists, analysts, and other stakeholders. Lead and mentor account teams, collaborate across sectors, fuel new business opportunities, and contribute to thought leadership, case studies, speaking engagements, and award submissions. Build strong relationships with journalists, analysts, influencers, and client leadership to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth, while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive programs and measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in public relations, strategic communications, or integrated communications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
- Deep expertise across enterprise software, AI, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, developer platforms, data and analytics, compliance technology, or related B2B technology sectors
- Proven success leading integrated communications programs for complex technology clients
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to communicate with senior executives and technical stakeholders
