Job Summary
Group Vice President of Sales — North America (East) to lead a sub-region, drive aggressive growth, and shape enterprise AI adoption. The role combines hands-on deal creation with coaching and mentoring a team of enterprise sellers, building executive relationships, and translating AI-driven transformation into measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include closing flagship enterprise deals, developing sellers for executive-level engagements, managing forecasting and pipeline, recruiting top-tier talent, and partnering with C-suite stakeholders across the organization to achieve revenue targets. Proficiency with modern AI tooling (Claude or equivalent) and a proven track record in scaling enterprise software sales across Global 2000 accounts are essential. The position requires leadership presence in senior-level client discussions, strong communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly strategic sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience leading teams in strategic, enterprise sales
- 15+ years of documented success in enterprise software sales or business technology products and services
- Existing executive relationships at the C-suite level within target markets
- Proven ability to drive digital transformation agendas inside Global 2000 enterprises
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and develop change-agent sellers and sales leaders
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
