Job Summary
Group Travel Operations Lead Specialist oversees day-to-day operations of the group travel department, processes contractual agreements, client/vendor communications, rooming lists and flight requests, reports group details to vendors, and tracks revenue at group closing. Responsible for coordinating staff, approving contractual pricing and profit margins, coordinating website updates for group departures, preparing client and tour manager documents, and ensuring staff development through training. Requires 1-3 years in travel sales and service; strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and excellent communication/coordination abilities. Required Qualifications
- High School GED Required
- 1-3 years Travel sales and service Required
