Group Therapist - Inpatient Psychiatry

Facilitate psycho-educational, skills-based, and psychotherapeutic groups for individuals receiving inpatient psychiatric care. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including attending psychiatrists, residents, nurses, and social workers, while conducting new patient assessments and providing individual support as needed. Manage administrative duties such as timely documentation, committee participation for patient care improvement, and ordering group materials. Requires a Master's degree and experience facilitating groups in a mental health environment.
