Group Therapist

Provide group therapy for children and adolescents with autism within the CREATE program, focusing on building social and communication skills, improving problem solving and emotional regulation. Responsibilities include reviewing behavior plans, engaging clients to identify strengths, delivering therapy per treatment plans (including crisis intervention, reinforcement, time-structuring activities, and psychosocial/rehabilitative tasks), supporting curriculum and lesson-plan development, monitoring progress toward goals, contributing to program outcome data, and maintaining consistent communication with families and team members. The role supports CGRC’s collaborative, supervision-supported clinical environment with opportunities for leadership development, licensure supervision, flexible scheduling, and work-life balance.
