Job Summary
Lead and coordinate clinical group programming for adults in an acute inpatient behavioral health setting. Utilize Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing throughout the group program. Develop appropriate group topics and schedules, and lead groups on all units. Act as an active member of the treatment team, participating in meetings and collaborating to ensure high-quality patient care. Requires a Clinical Master’s degree; licensure is preferred (LMHC, LICSW, OT or comparable). Must have advanced group-leadership knowledge in a behavioral health setting and be proficient with EHR systems (Medsphere/Vista).
Required Qualifications
- Clinical Master's degree in a related field required; license is preferred (LMHC, LICSW, OT or comparable can be considered)
- Advanced level knowledge and experience in leading groups in a behavioral health setting
- Knowledge and experience with group leadership, Trauma Informed Care, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing
- Demonstrate competency in EHR; experience with Medsphere/Vista
