Job Summary
Lead PMO efforts to ensure 18 countries upload training information in a timely manner; participate in creating a global dashboard to monitor Learning-related metrics; co-lead a project to promote external eLearning content; monitor adoption KPIs and develop insights; propose ideas to drive adoption and implement plans; partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation; run operational processes to ensure learning content is available in the platform; prepare materials for quarterly Learning Admin Connect sessions; contribute to designing and developing other global high-impact learning-related projects; support the Chief Human Resources, Communications and ESG Officer on other relevant learning activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Nice to have: Spanish language skills
