Job Summary
Group Supervisors provide general supervision and knowledge of policies and procedures and licensing requirements within the program and supervised staff. The Group Supervisor provides independent judgment and authority on a daily basis through direction and supervision of both students and staff. Group Supervisors also monitor and document behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities. They evaluate and develop staff and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each employees’ development plan and each youth's treatment plan.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with at-risk youth
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass criminal background check
- Drug screen (THC not tested)
- Physical
- TB test
- Pass child abuse central registry check
