Group Specialist

Serve as the primary point of contact for travel professional group clients via inbound and outbound calls to meet demands and expectations. Drive revenue growth and retention by analyzing existing bookings, identifying potential upgrades, and addressing future travel needs. Manage all required touchpoints including promotional, deposit due, flight schedule, and hometown pick-up calls while ensuring positive interactions at frequent contact points. Collaborate with Business Development Managers and internal teams to assist with sales for existing and new orders, actively seeking opportunities to close group business. Audit account flyers, presentations, documentation, air schedules, tour manager requests, and sign-ups to add tours and meet marketing needs. Manage customer complaints professionally by offering proactive solutions, oversee group block audits and loyalty programs, and maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
