Job Summary
Group Services Assistant responsible for supporting the sales, coordination, and execution of group tours, private events, and museum programs. Manages lead conversion, coordinates with internal departments and external vendors, produces weekly sales reports and maintains CRM data, processes payments, and supports on-site operations. Conducts tailored venue tours, collaborates across teams, and participates in meetings to drive monthly goals. Requires 1+ years in sales support or event coordination, strong CRM proficiency (Copper, Shopify, Momentus), excellent organizational and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, event coordination, administrative assistance, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems (such as Copper, Shopify, and Momentus) and standard workspace tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage client databases, process payments, compile sales reports, and maintain complex calendars
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for venue tours and client/vendor relationships
