Job Summary
Group Segment Lead responsible for defining and delivering segment strategies, annual go-to-market planning, and cross-functional execution to enhance member value and engagement. Leads development of segment frameworks, value propositions, business cases, and end-to-end segment journeys; coordinates campaigns across campaigns, digital, content, and product marketing; engages with senior stakeholders and sponsors; drives alignment of segment strategy across programs and governance forums; Oversees Early Career Doctors Advisory Council (ECDAC) and ensures consistency of segment value propositions across marketing assets and channels. Strong emphasis on strategy translation into actionable initiatives, KPIs, and measurable outcomes, with an executive-level communication and stakeholder-influencing capability. Preferably with experience in financial services, professional services, or healthcare sectors and a background in mutual or member-based organisations.
