Job Summary
Group Secretary role recruited by the NFU and NFU Mutual to help build an own business, selling the NFU’s membership services and representing local farmers and rural businesses. You will develop relationships with customers and members, run an agency business as a self-employed NFU Mutual Agent in partnership with another Agent, manage the office and staff, and pursue sales with uncapped commission potential. The position emphasizes sales ability, relationship-building, and leadership, with experience or affinity for farming and rural matters considered advantageous.
