Job Summary
Manage inbound group sales inquiries for birthday parties, field trips, and venue rentals by responding to phone and email within two business days. Schedule reservations and events through the Altru system, mail contracts, and follow up on payments and guest lists. Assist the Sales Manager in executing outbound strategies to drive leads and meet monthly revenue goals. Attend museum trainings and meetings as assigned. This role requires flexibility for weekends and evenings, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Must have flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings
- Valid driver's license, own vehicle and good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a non-profit or museum setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS or database management systems (Altru/Blackbaud preferred)
