Group Risk Reporting and Enablement Manager

Coordinate Basel Pillar 3 disclosures for external publication by engaging with risk owners, senior management, and investor relations to meet regulatory requirements. Review submissions for Pillar 3 against Basel requirements and deliver high-quality quarterly risk disclosures for publication on FirstRand’s website. Coordinate risk input into ICAAP documents with risk owners and senior management; support other risk reporting requirements, capital processes, and rating agency requests. Engage with the Prudential Authority on Basel reporting, ICAAP requests, and other regulatory matters; monitor new Basel and PA risk disclosure requirements to improve reporting processes. Drive digitisation of Pillar 3 and ICAAP reporting to support the group risk digitisation strategy; implement BCBS239 principles in Pillar 3 processes. Oversee Analyzing Banking Risk training and identify group-wide training needs, supporting development and delivery of courses. Ensure e-modules, materials, and assessments remain current and efficiently delivered via Learning & Development channels. Support updates to the group risk management framework and engage with stakeholders on new developments and governance. Assist the financial and portfolio risk team with coordinating reporting for relevant committees.
