Group Retirement Platform Product Manager

Job Summary
Own the multi-year roadmap and feature backlog for core recordkeeping and adjacent solutions serving in-plan clients. Partner with IT and operations to build scalable, event-driven data models and robust third-party payroll/sponsor integrations. Translate complex ERISA and Department of Labor regulatory shifts into automated solutions designed to maintain compliance and meet client needs. Collaborate with IT, operations, and transformation teams to build business cases and deliver strong client outcomes. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Consultant Relations to launch new platform capabilities and define product positioning. This leader owns platform roadmaps designed to meet market's commercial demands rather than day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in financial services, specifically within the retirement services industry
- 5+ years in platform management, focused on SaaS, fintech, or defined-contribution recordkeeping systems
- Deep familiarity with retirement data structures (plans, cohorts, contributions, rollovers) and compliance rules
- Hands-on experience with agile planning tools
- Proven ability to manage teams, develop talent, drive change and influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with growth mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analyses clearly to senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business Compensation
- Must not have made any political contributions that, under 17 CFR § 275.206(4)-5 or other federal or state pay-to-play regulations, would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial from conducting Corebridge Financial's business, or that would otherwise create a conflict of interest for Corebridge Financial
