Group Retail Manager

Oversee the sales operation of the assigned dealership to produce monthly sales targets, managing accessories for brand new vehicles and maintaining sales consultant productivity at minimum 2 units per month. Implement digital marketing activities including Facebook marketing, remarketing, and lead generation from centralized pages and third-party affiliates, while creating and maintaining the dealership lead database. Manage vehicle inventory status, condition, and aging protocols, and submit general prospecting reports to VP-Operations detailing wish lists and closing schedules. Present monthly Management Committee reports analyzing market segmentation and consultant performance, while overseeing brand building activities and general troubleshooting. Requires a driver's license, Bachelor's degree, and 2 years of sales experience.
