Group Reporting Manager

Job Summary
Lead monthly group consolidation across multiple entities and currencies, producing accurate quarterly and annual external financial reports while analyzing performance and investigating variances. Own the annual Group audit process, coordinate activities with international finance teams and external advisers, and ensure compliance with regulatory and financing obligations. Act as a trusted adviser on IFRS and technical accounting matters, developing consistent accounting policies and assessing the impact of evolving standards. Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve reporting workflows using data, finance systems, and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency. Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations, and senior leaders to manage reporting timelines and deliver successfully against deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage complex group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies
- Experience producing high-quality external financial reports and statutory accounts
- Strong understanding of financial controls, governance and reporting best practices
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and the ability to apply accounting standards to complex transactions
- Confidence providing technical guidance to finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to assess and respond to evolving reporting requirements
- Skilled at coordinating audits and managing multiple stakeholders to tight deadlines
- Able to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with complex data and identifying meaningful insights
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
