Job Summary

Own assigned recharge cycles using the BP Group Best Practice model, including business reviews with senior partners and full recharge calculations via the Recharge tool. Drive the group invoicing process, manage cost pool reconciliations, and challenge proposed charges for business sense. Identify risks and mitigation plans, ensure statutory and tax compliance, and respond to external audit queries from advisors. Manage conflicting priorities with stakeholders to meet delivery targets while applying Group Accounting Policies and standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, preferably with a relevant accounting qualification
  • Strong proven analytical and system thinking skills and financial knowledge
  • Highly proficient with Excel
  • Detailed knowledge of the head office/central costs activity set, especially recharges
  • Required to work UK shift hours during quarter close/as and when required
  • Shared service centre experience
