Group Quality Supervisor - Oregon - LCSW Required

Job Summary

Conduct routine audits of all team members to ensure care aligns with best practices and monitor client satisfaction and audit scores. Manage a team of ~15 Group Facilitators by scheduling 1:1 meetings, facilitating group supervision, and responding to asynchronous communication. Review group data to inform strategic decisions on team performance and dynamics while collaborating with partner departments on care delivery. Facilitate groups weekly and complete documentation within 24 hours, maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality. Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to strategic decision-making and ensure access to training resources. This full-time role requires 10:00 am to 7:00 pm MST Monday through Friday with flexibility for evening groups and occasional Saturday coverage.

Required Qualifications

  • LCSW in Oregon
  • Must be located in Oregon
  • Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients
  • Experience in conducting group treatment
  • Flexible schedule to prioritize the needs of our clients with standard hours being Monday - Friday from 10:00 am MST - 7:00 pm MST and occasional Saturday coverage required
  • Reliable WIFI connection when meeting with clients
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox–in addition to EMR and outcomes survey software on a daily basis
  • Licensed mental health professional
  • Experienced in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into a relational treatment approach (DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and MI)
  • Work authorized in the United States
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in mental health
  • Independently licensed mental health professional
  • Previous people management experience, having managed teams >5 full-time equivalents previously
  • Highly accountable and organized
